Responsibilities
- Perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations and account reconciliations with 100% accuracy
- Process and review journal entries for GL integrity and compliance with GAAP
- Prepare month-end closing reports including balance sheets and income statements
- Assist with internal audits and maintain organized financial documentation
- Collaborate with day-time teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure seamless operations
- Monitor accounts receivable/payable cycles and optimize cash flow processes
- Support tax preparation and regulatory compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with night shift or remote work background
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial controls
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail in high-pressure environments
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional certification (CPA/CMA) or actively pursuing
