Responsibilities
- Perform daily general ledger reconciliations and journal entries with 100% accuracy.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including variance analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual audits and tax documentation.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical financial records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- 2+ years of progressive experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage).
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong time management.
