Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes for high-volume clients.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and general ledger entries to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Generate and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements, before the morning close.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial audits.
- Review and approve expense reports while adhering to corporate policies and internal controls.
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel to troubleshoot complex accounting discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification is a plus).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general ledger accounting or bookkeeping.
- Must be available to work the night shift (11 PM - 7 AM).
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal control procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
