Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable systems during night shifts
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with strict attention to detail
- Process month-end closing procedures and ensure regulatory compliance
- Utilize QuickBooks and SAP for financial data management and reporting
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones
- Implement internal controls to maintain audit-ready records
- Conduct variance analysis for budget vs. actual performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of night shift accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Strong GAAP compliance knowledge
