Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing procedures and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Prepare and analyze financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Monitor accounts receivable/payable and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with audits and implement internal controls for financial processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational financial needs
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for transaction processing and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with night shift or alternative hours
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with month-end closing and reconciliation processes
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license (if required for site visits)
