Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures and financial reconciliations during night shifts
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with zero-error tolerance
- Generate and distribute daily/weekly financial reports to leadership
- Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger records
- Support audit preparations with organized documentation and compliance checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during handover periods
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proven night shift or alternative schedule work history
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel with macros
- Deep understanding of GAAP and SOX compliance requirements
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities under minimal supervision
