- Perform end-of-day financial reconciliations and transaction verification
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and general ledger maintenance
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal control procedures
- Support month-end closing processes and audit preparation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting needs
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/Oracle) for data entry and analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with night shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks/Oracle systems
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance requirements
