Responsibilities
- Execute daily/monthly bank reconciliations and account analysis
- Process payroll and expense reports with 99.9% accuracy
- Prepare month-end closing reports and variance analysis
- Support audit processes and maintain SOX compliance documentation
- Manage AP/AR workflows for international transactions
- Collaborate with APAC/Europe teams during overlapping hours
- Implement process improvements for night shift financial operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance with CPA/MBA preferred
- 3+ years night shift or global finance experience
- Expert proficiency in NetSuite and Excel macros
- Solid understanding of IFRS/GAAP reconciliation standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
