Responsibilities
- Perform month-end and quarter-end reconciliations for general ledger accounts
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes with night cycle efficiency
- Assist with internal audits and regulatory reporting requirements
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Collaborate with global teams across time zones during night operations
- Implement process improvements for night shift accounting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of public or corporate accounting experience
- Proven ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM, Sunday-Thursday
