Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure accurate reconciliation
- Process payroll and maintain compliance with tax regulations
- Conduct internal audits and implement financial controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting
- Generate financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CPA candidate strongly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Night shift availability (Monday-Friday, 6 PM - 2 AM)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
