Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures and financial reporting during night shift hours
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with 100% accuracy and timely processing
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis for corporate accounts
- Support internal audits and ensure SOX compliance documentation
- Collaborate with international teams on cross-border financial transactions
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Generate ad-hoc financial reports for executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of night shift or overnight accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance requirements
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
