Responsibilities
- Process end-of-day reconciliations and financial transactions during overnight hours
- Prepare and analyze month-end/quarter-end financial statements with accuracy
- Manage multi-currency accounting for international client portfolios
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Collaborate with AP/AR teams to resolve cross-border payment discrepancies
- Generate executive financial reports for pre-market board meetings
- Maintain secure digital documentation using encrypted accounting platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public or corporate accounting
- CPA certification strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel with macros
- Demonstrated experience with multi-jurisdictional tax compliance
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills for cross-functional financial issues
