Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing procedures and reconcile GL accounts during night shift hours
- Process payroll and AP/AR transactions with zero-tolerance accuracy standards
- Generate and analyze financial statements for executive review
- Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones
- Utilize advanced Excel modeling and QuickBooks for financial reporting
- Conduct tax compliance documentation and filing prep
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of night shift accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (VBA skills a plus)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SOX compliance
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional attention to detail and error-prevention skills
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international accounting
