- Perform month-end closing procedures including journal entries and reconciliations
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Generate and analyze financial reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems
- Support audits and financial inquiries as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proven expertise in month-end closing processes
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/SAP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to thrive in night shift schedule (6 PM - 2 AM)
