Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Process and record accounts payable/receivable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Prepare financial statements and management reports for executive review
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with SOX and GAAP standards
- Collaborate with international teams during overnight handover periods
- Maintain digital and physical financial records with organized documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated ability to work independently during non-standard hours
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical precision
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international reporting
