Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and account balance verifications
- Process and record month-end closing entries with precision
- Analyze financial discrepancies and resolve audit exceptions
- Prepare and distribute confidential financial reports to stakeholders
- Coordinate with international teams for global transaction processing
- Maintain GAAP compliance in all accounting activities
- Support tax preparation and documentation requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of general ledger experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Night shift availability (11 PM - 7 AM)
- CPA or CPA candidacy preferred
