Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing procedures and financial reporting during overnight shifts
- Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Analyze financial data for accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards
- Prepare tax documentation and audit schedules for quarterly reviews
- Monitor cash flow and financial metrics using advanced accounting software
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones
- Maintain confidential financial records with stringent security protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proven expertise with QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle Financials
- Advanced Excel proficiency with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international compliance
- Professional certification (CPA/ACCA/CMA) required
