Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures and reconcile general ledger accounts during overnight shifts
- Process and analyze financial transactions including AP/AR, payroll, and journal entries
- Prepare and distribute daily/weekly financial reports for executive review
- Conduct internal audits and compliance checks with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies before market open
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive financial data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with night shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel (including macros)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in high-pressure environments
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international accounting standards
