Responsibilities
- Process end-of-day financial transactions and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with precision
- Conduct internal audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with APAC/EU teams during handover periods
- Implement process improvements for night shift efficiency
Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in night shift or remote accounting roles
- Advanced proficiency in Xero/Sage/QuickBooks
- Strong knowledge of UK tax regulations and compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
- Proven problem-solving skills in financial systems
