Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze month-end closing reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processing during night shift hours
- Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with audits and compliance documentation
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) for transaction processing
- Monitor financial transactions for irregularities and fraud prevention
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proven night shift or flexible schedule work history
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
