Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions nightly
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements
- Manage payroll processing for assigned clients
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Maintain organized digital financial records
- Collaborate with day team for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years bookkeeping experience required
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with multi-client accounting systems
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) preferred
