The Role:
As our Next-Gen AI Systems Architect, you will be responsible for the high-level design of our proprietary AI infrastructure. You will define the protocols for machine learning model deployment at scale and oversee the integration of edge computing with cloud-based neural networks.
Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Pioneer the integration of Quantum algorithms into standard machine learning pipelines to solve complex optimization problems.
- Lead the design of ethical AI governance frameworks and ensure compliance with emerging 2026 regulatory standards.
- Drive the migration from traditional silicon chips to advanced photonic and memristor computing architectures.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performance engineering team focused on rapid prototyping and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex scientific concepts into user-centric product features.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum Computing.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Proven expertise in Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane).
- Demonstrated experience in designing large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong background in neuromorphic engineering and edge computing hardware architecture.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing diverse, high-impact engineering teams.
