Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core software infrastructure for Project 2026, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Collaborate with quantum physicists to translate theoretical models into executable code.
- Lead a team of senior engineers in implementing microservices and distributed systems.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for AI/ML model deployment.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and system audits to mitigate security risks and performance bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with a focus on large-scale distributed systems.
- Deep knowledge of Python, C++, and Rust.
- Experience with Quantum Computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Strong proficiency in Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and MLOps pipelines.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
