The Role:
You will act as the bridge between emerging technologies and business execution. Your mandate is to ensure Nexus Horizon is not just ready for 2026, but is actively leading the transformation into it.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth macro-analysis of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Biotech) to forecast market trends through 2026 and beyond.
- Define and own the long-term technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and competitive advantage.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-facing concepts before mass market release.
- Identify potential disruption points in current industry paradigms and pivot strategies accordingly.
- Advocate for a culture of innovation, fostering an environment where 'impossible' ideas are encouraged and tested.
- Present complex strategic visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders with clarity and conviction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and cloud infrastructure trends.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and written skills; capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
