Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable quantum circuits and error-correcting codes.
- Collaborate with R&D physicists to optimize qubit coherence times.
- Lead a team of systems engineers in developing firmware for quantum control systems.
- Define technical roadmaps for quantum hardware integration.
- Perform rigorous testing and validation of quantum algorithms in real-world environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hardware architecture or quantum system engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Qiskit or similar quantum programming frameworks.
- Deep understanding of superconducting qubits or trapped ion technologies.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
