Responsibilities
- Architect and design fault-tolerant quantum computing systems and algorithms for deployment in 2026.
- Lead the research and implementation of quantum error correction protocols.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum circuitry for cloud deployment.
- Mentor a team of junior quantum software engineers and data scientists.
- Define technical roadmaps and standards for the Quantum Division.
- Publish research findings and contribute to open-source quantum computing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on high-concurrency systems.
- Deep understanding of quantum computing concepts, including superposition, entanglement, and qubits.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and quantum SDKs (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and quantum cloud services.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing technical teams.
