Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable quantum circuit architectures optimized for NISQ-era hardware.
- Lead a cross-functional team of physicists, electrical engineers, and software developers.
- Develop error mitigation strategies and noise-aware algorithms to improve qubit coherence times.
- Collaborate with academic partners to validate theoretical models against practical hardware constraints.
- Define technical roadmaps for the next generation of quantum processors.
- Oversee the integration of quantum control systems with classical AI infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with a focus on Quantum Mechanics.
- 5+ years of experience in system architecture, preferably within high-performance computing or quantum computing environments.
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages such as Qiskit, Cirq, or Quil.
- Strong understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance.
- Experience with Python, C++, and cloud-based quantum simulation platforms.
- Track record of leading technical teams through complex R&D lifecycles.
