Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable quantum computing solutions and error correction protocols.
- Lead a cross-functional team of physicists, software engineers, and hardware specialists.
- Integrate quantum processors with classical cloud infrastructure to optimize hybrid workflows.
- Define technical roadmaps for the 2026 release cycle, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Conduct rigorous testing on quantum algorithms to minimize decoherence and latency.
- Collaborate with security experts to implement quantum-resistant encryption standards.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field, with a focus on Quantum Mechanics.
- Proven experience (5+ years) with quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms (Grover’s, Shor’s) and circuit optimization.
- Expertise in high-performance computing (HPC) and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
