Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable quantum circuitry and hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for the Project 2026 platform.
- Lead a cross-functional team of quantum physicists, data scientists, and software engineers to drive innovation.
- Oversee the integration of quantum processing units (QPUs) with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Develop and implement rigorous error correction protocols and fault-tolerant systems.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with the company's long-term strategic vision.
- Collaborate with security experts to establish post-quantum cryptography standards.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or Applied Mathematics.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in high-level software engineering and systems architecture.
- Proven expertise in quantum programming languages such as Q#, Cirq, or Qiskit.
- Strong background in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Experience managing large-scale engineering teams and technical projects.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex theoretical concepts into practical, deployable solutions.
