Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Solutions: Design and oversee the development of hybrid quantum-classical machine learning models tailored for 2026 hardware standards.
- Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration, ensuring scalability and performance for our flagship products.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a high-performance team of data scientists and quantum engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Algorithm Optimization: Optimize complex neural networks to run efficiently on next-generation quantum processors.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit or Cirq.
- System Design: Proven ability to design large-scale distributed systems and high-performance computing environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
