Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable energy domains
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-generation solutions
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and competitive intelligence systems
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors with data-backed risk/reward analyses
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and analysts to maintain cutting-edge industry foresight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of translating complex technological trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and futures research frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences and boards
- Published thought leadership in reputable industry journals or major media outlets
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) strongly preferred
