Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to identify disruptive opportunities
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight into actionable business strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Present at premier global forums (Davos, TED, World Economic Summit)
- Author seminal thought leadership on exponential trends
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching industry-definitive initiatives (e.g., scaling AI, metaverse frameworks)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Analysis)
- Portfolio of published futurist work with measurable impact
- Fluency in exponential technology ecosystems (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Experience advising global governments on tech policy frameworks
