Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies

- Present visionary roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members, securing alignment and resources
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, tech labs, and industry thought leaders to capture emerging opportunities
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership content positioning Horizon Dynamics as a 2026 innovation authority
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation strategists to build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year future-focused roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-suite audiences and industry conferences
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Published author or frequent speaker on future trends and innovation strategy
