Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurism (or equivalent industry breakthroughs)
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 3+ published peer-reviewed papers
- Proven track record scaling innovations to global impact (>1M users)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, biotech)
- Executive-level experience with ethical AI governance frameworks
