Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and emerging market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate next-generation solutions through agile experimentation
- Deliver executive briefings and thought leadership content on future trends, disruption scenarios, and strategic implications
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and industry pioneers to accelerate innovation pipelines
- Mentor innovation teams in futures-thinking methodologies and strategic foresight techniques

Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology leadership with demonstrable impact on organizational transformation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and disruptive technology forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight insights into commercialized products or market strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, advanced materials) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and ability to articulate complex future concepts
