Responsibilities

- Lead AI Innovation: Spearhead the research and implementation of cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models for scalable enterprise solutions.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable, high-performance software.
- Code & Architecture: Write high-level pseudocode and system designs for complex algorithms, while mentoring junior engineers to maintain best practices.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems architecture.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading digital transformations and defining roadmaps for future states.
