- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for innovation initiatives aligned with 2026 vision
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic concepts into product development cycles
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Establish industry partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of innovation across departments
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces on future-facing technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology, or related field
- 10+ years experience in innovation strategy, R&D, or futurism leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies with published insights or patents
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Demonstrated success in driving innovation in fast-paced environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
