- Develop and present strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing future-focused initiatives across R&D and business units
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote presentations, and industry forums
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and scenario planning
- Integrate sustainability and ethical frameworks into long-term strategic planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Studies, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex visions to diverse stakeholders
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 emerging landscapes
- Portfolio demonstrating thought leadership and published futurism work
