Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent interdisciplinary field with 8+ years applied experience
- Published work in peer-reviewed journals on exponential technology forecasting
- Proven track record of implementing future-vision strategies with measurable ROI
- Expertise in scenario planning, Monte Carlo simulations, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts for C-suite and board audiences
- Portfolio of at least three 5-year horizon forecasts that materialized within 15% accuracy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CSSF) or equivalent
