Responsibilities
- Develop and implement forward-looking innovation frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes

- Produce trend analysis reports and strategic briefings for C-suite executives
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Design and facilitate future scenario workshops with Fortune 500 clients
- Oversee patent development for breakthrough innovations
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing commercialized future-tech solutions
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (Web4, AGI, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Strong public speaking experience at industry conferences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech innovation
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
