Responsibilities
- Architect 10-year technology roadmaps for human augmentation and climate resilience
- Lead moonshot R&D projects in quantum-AI convergence and synthetic biology
- Partner with UN agencies to develop ethical frameworks for AI governance
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and government bodies
- Build and lead a global network of futurist researchers and innovators
- Drive innovation sprints with venture-backed startups in our accelerator
Qualifications
- PhD in Systems Theory, Computational Biology, or equivalent experience
- 15+ years in strategic foresight at Fortune 500 or Silicon Valley unicorns
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on future technologies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of scaling global innovation initiatives
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and ethical AI frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish preferred
