Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for Nexus Future Labs, specifically aligning with the milestones of 2026.
- Architect scalable AI infrastructure that integrates Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Computer Vision.
- Lead the R&D team in prototyping futuristic interfaces, including AR/VR and haptic feedback systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate high-level strategic goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Ensure ethical AI governance and data privacy compliance across all future-facing projects.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large language models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-growth tech environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to innovate in ambiguous, futuristic scenarios.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, data security, and system scalability.
