Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to establish a comprehensive technological vision for the year 2026 and beyond, aligning it with broader business objectives.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, BioTech) to identify high-potential opportunities for investment and integration.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with top-tier tech startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders to stay ahead of the curve.
- Innovation Labs: Lead the 'Future Tech Lab' initiative, experimenting with prototype concepts to validate feasibility and market fit.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into compelling narratives for investors, board members, and cross-functional teams.
- Resource Allocation: Direct R&D budgets and resources towards projects with the highest strategic value and potential ROI.
Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Tech Expertise: Deep knowledge of current and upcoming technologies (AI/ML, Blockchain, IoT) with the ability to understand their practical applications.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences, including technical teams and non-technical executives.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Network: Extensive professional network within the tech innovation ecosystem.
