Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define the comprehensive technical strategy for our upcoming products, ensuring scalability and longevity in a rapidly evolving landscape.
- Lead Emerging Tech Integration: Spearhead the research and implementation of next-generation technologies, including advanced AI, quantum computing concepts, and neuromorphic engineering.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor and guide a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Oversee the design and deployment of robust, secure, and high-performance software architectures.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and product teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and Cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- AI/ML Mastery: Proven track record in designing scalable AI/ML systems and integrating them into core products.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt architectures accordingly.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
