Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 infrastructure roadmap.
- Design distributed systems capable of handling exascale data processing.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists.
- Ensure architectural integrity and security compliance for all future-facing projects.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic chips) and integrate them into the core stack.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or computational science.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML model deployment and scalability.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field is preferred.
