- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the architectural roadmap for 2026, integrating quantum-ready protocols and edge computing solutions.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Mentor a team of elite engineers, ensuring code quality and fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
- Performance Optimization: Drive system efficiency improvements, reducing latency and maximizing throughput in high-concurrency environments.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions to ensure 99.99% system availability.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and distributed systems; hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS/Azure.
- Future-Ready Skills: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts, neuromorphic computing, or advanced machine learning deployment pipelines.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems and driving technical innovation from concept to deployment.
