Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable system architectures for the 2026 AI roadmap.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and researchers in developing quantum-ready algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals into technical strategies.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and security protocols for future systems.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of prototype systems in simulated environments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on AGI and autonomous agents.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), and edge computing.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks or a strong aptitude for learning them.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
