Responsibilities
- Architect Predictive Models: Design and implement advanced machine learning algorithms to forecast market trends and user behavior for the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Lead Data Strategy: Define the vision and technical roadmap for our data infrastructure, ensuring scalability and integrity.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies for executive leadership and product teams.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously refine existing models to improve accuracy, latency, and efficiency.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of using data to drive business growth and influence long-term strategy.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
