Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable autonomous driving software stacks, including perception, planning, and control modules.
- Lead a cross-functional team of ML engineers, firmware developers, and safety analysts to deliver production-ready features.
- Implement and optimize deep learning models for real-time object detection and path planning.
- Ensure system reliability, safety-critical compliance, and high-performance computing standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and system architecture.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate 2026 roadmaps into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in autonomous systems, robotics, or related fields.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and ROS (Robot Operating System).
- Strong understanding of classical control theory and reinforcement learning algorithms.
- Experience with sensor fusion (LiDAR, Radar, Camera) and high-performance computing.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in shipping complex software products.
