Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the architecture of quantum-enhanced neural networks, ensuring stability and scalability for 2026 systems.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development of proprietary quantum algorithms.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and optimization of legacy systems transitioning to next-gen protocols.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
- Collaborate with hardware partners to optimize software-hardware integration.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field, with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack software architecture and system design.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil).
